IDEAS WITH AMETLLA+:
- Sauce: Mix one tablespoon of Ametlla + 2_ with two tablespoons of olive oil. Ideal forfish, pasta, cheese and vegetables.
- Sprinkle over the fish and bake
- Ametlla + 2_ butter. Emulsify 150g of butter with two tablespoons of Ametlla + 2_. A pate is obtained suitable for snacks or for grilled fish and shellfish.
- For fish in sauce: Select 2 pieces of fish and add ½ a glass of water for one tablespoon of Ametlla + 2_ and leave to boil for 5 minutes until a thick sauce is obtained.
- Meatballs: for 500g of minced pork add two tablespoons of Ametlla + 2_, a pinch of salt and one egg.
- A pizza base or toast. Sprinkle with Ametlla + 2_ and cheese and grill.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Ametlla + 2_ and a pinch of salt to a poached egg.
